emcc 13cR4: oracle database appliance plug-in

Hi Everyone,

we have existing EMCC 13cR3 (13.3.0.0) running on oracle database 12c (12.1.0.2.) and last patch applied on database: PSU 30340202.

We would like upgrade EMCC 13cR3 to EMCC 13cR4 but the installer (em13400_linux64.bin) execution stops and return this error message:

"The following plug-ins that are deployed on your existing Enterprise Manager system are not compatible with the Enterprise Manager release you are about to upgrade to, and the compatible software to upgrade the plug-ins is not available at the moment.

Oracle Database Appliance(oracle.dba.odba)

Exit the wizard, download the compatible software for these plug-ins, and then invoke the installer by passing "PLUGIN_LOCATION=<absolute_path_to_plugin_archives_location>"."
