Why is my report not showing the report produced time in BST (British Summer Time) now that we have

Why is my BI Publisher report showing the report run time an hour early, ie in GMT, when the clocks went forward on Sunday so we are now in BST (British Summer Time), which is an hour ahead.

The date/time  is a BI Publisher formatted date/time field. My understanding is that this should adjust to the users timezone/daylight saving time automatically.

I am seeing

        

The report time, and my laptop time.

Whilst in BI Publisher – My Account I see these settings.
