dtv.util.crypto.SecretKeyCipherStoreException: no cipher for effective date NULL_INSTANCE

Hi All,

I am getting this error in xadmin logs dtv.util.crypto.SecretKeyCipherStoreException: no cipher for effective date NULL_INSTANCE.

To resolve the above:

I have created new ciphers and place under xcenter-config/res/keys after placing that i got the following error:

2020-03-30 17:04:35,877 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR [dtv.util.crypto.DtvDecrypter] CAUGHT EXCEPTION

dtv.util.crypto.SecretKeyCipherStoreException: no cipher for effective date 2020-01-17

I could login to xadmin in GUI.

Kindly share your suggestions and any inputs on this.
