Central Object Refresh after ESU appliy

Hi, We are upgrading TR from 9.1.5.x to 9.2.4.x for that we did clone the 9.1.5.x system. We are planning to apply all enhancement ESU and others ESU after applying Planner ESU and TR 9.2.4.x. We already refreshed central object after deciding first cut off. My question is that if we refresh the central object on the next cut-off list after one month of inserting ESU, then all the inserted ESU will go as they refresh. Is there any way after the second cut-off refresh we can put all that ESU back without applying the ESU on next cutoff. Thanks
