Task history table not updating and also server manager list task not visible.

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

Hi Team, We are seeing one issue where task history table is not updating.

we are using IP15.18 version

And we see svrtaskpersist component is running fine and only we are seeing for one of the server is not records to history table.

can any one suggest if we have take action or raise SR for same.
