Certification of EBS 12.2 on Windows Server 2016 og higher

We have a customer who wants to upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 running on Windows 2012 R2 to EBS 12.2.9 running on Windows 2016.

In certify on MOS for EBS 12.2.x running on Windows Server is only mentioned Windows version 2008 R2 and 2012 R2. Windows 2012 R2 is already out of mainstream support and extended support will end on October 10, 2023 and they have planned to run EBS 12.2.x at least until 2026.

Will EBS 12.2.x be certified on a newer OS version Windows than 2012 R2 in the near future?
