Incorporation of both blanket and release purchase orders in Supply/Demand (P4021)

Hi, all,

We're investigating the use of blanket purchase orders in order to generate release PO's with accurate dates/quantities.   In our scenario, the blanket is not a planned annual requirement but a firm "make" order where we will call out quantities as needed over weeks or months.    The "ask" from our materials teams has been to show the both the open blanket orders as well as the "release" PO's in supply/demand   (P4021).   To date, this seems to be creating what appears to be extra records since we're not getting messages to release quantities and the blankets are not getting decremented.   I don't
