ECC performance tuning

Hi experts,

                 Is there parameters that I can tune to "displayed" the rendering data quicker when viewing the ECC dashboard. I don't know how to put a metric behind this but

Let's say for example, from the time EBS users click on a dashboard menu in EBS landing page, it would take around 25sec~ to render the dashboard (WIP dashboard).

I tweak around weblogic managed server memory from 2048M upto 8192M - virtually no different in "rendering speed"

I also tweak around ECC_DATA_CACHE then rerun createEnvFile.sh - virtually no different.

I know this is a pretty far fetch (not quite) an issue but I figure someone out there must be having the similar  "issues".
