ePerformance Workflow for Manager with Multiple User Profiles
The USG is a University System that consists of 27 institutions. The delivered approval workflow did not route correctly because USG has a practice of having multiple Security User Profiles per Employee - one for each institution where they have performed work. As a result, the delivered Approval Workflow needs to be modified in order to route to the correct User Profile.
Have any other customers experienced success with using AWE for ePerformance when managers have multiple user profiles?
