Can't connect thru Siebel Web service with partner system fails after outage at partner system
HI,
we have siebel IP16. for one of our integration touchpoint, we connect to partner system via web service.
sometimes there is outage at partner system in produdction and we start getting I/O connection errors or connection refusals etc..which is expected.
However problem is that when partner system recovers from error, in Siebel we keep getting same errors and request doesnt go to partner at all.
After few occurences we found if we recycle workflow process manager component, it works fine.
Now the issue is each time there is outage at partner app, we have to recycle our component in production during work hours and that's not a right way.
