How to display balance amount for blanket release notifications

We are having blanket releases where some times partial quantity will be received. If there is any change the buyer make changes and submits for approval

At that time the amount in notifcations will still show for total quantity

Is there any way to display only the amount for remaning quantity in the blanket releases notifcations
