Does OEM 13c certified to migrate to OCI?

I saw a blog about OEM available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace but this is for new install.

Is it also possible to migrate our on-premise OEM13c to OCI.  Is this certified?

We are on OEM 13.3 with RDBMS 18c on Solaris SPARC 64bit.
