Fluid Benefits Enrollment AG

We have a large population of employees who are on Voluntary Unpaid LOA, Benefits Status Active.  The company is going to pick up the employee cost for Health, Dental & Vision insurance. The employee will have the option to stop or change coverage on their other Optional Benefits. We have our action/action reason BAS_Action set up to create a COV event and have set up the Event rules as needed.

Since this event does not fall under the delivered Event Categories, if we create a new Category and create or clone a template, how do we attach the New Template/AG to the event?
