Supply Chain Consolidated Bills of Material Cost Report issue

Hi experts,

I am facing an issue with the above mentioned report. Its summery cost column , is not matching with the summation on detailed cost column. Version of Oracle apps is 12.1.3. Please check the attached file for more details.
