Is there any way to make the Work order as pending release or under approval after update in release

Is there any way to make the Work order as pending release or under approval after update in released Status with approval flow?

Now we have AME for releasing the work order. When it is gets released, user execute the job. But in some cases, user requires to update the work order with excess or decrees the quantity/resources and information. System is accepting changes without sending approval in released status. It is breaching the policy.

1. Users can be done by changing status to unreleased and release it again with or without changes, system triggering the approval flow when there is not issue/OSP release release against it. User wants it without changing status and update.
