R12 Receivables Command Center - Collector info not getting refreshed

I changed collectors at both account and site level for a customer and ran incremental load program "Receivables Command Center Data Load" with parameter EBS, INCREMENTAL_LOAD, , ERROR,

 

I don't see any changes to Outstanding Receivables Dashboard. New collector not showing up in the filter criteria. Any idea why data is not getting refreshed?
