The AHF 20.1.1 zip file for windows seems to be corrupted

Trying to download the AHF 20.1.1 zip file for windows and it appears to be corrupted,  it downloads A 246G file but it only contains a README.txt file when I extract it. I've downloaded it a few times with the same result so is the archive on the support site corrupt?
