JDE web login freeze often when press search button in OCI load balancer for 2 JDE web server

Hello,

We setup 2 web servers to be able to be accessed by OCI load balancer. It is setup by Round Robin.

It seems to work fine. However often it freezes after about 10 minutes inactiveness.

For example I pressed Find button on P01012|W01012B and displayed some data on the grid,

after about 10 minutes when I press Find again, P01012 try to display the data again but it waits and freezes and I cannot anything until I shutdown browser.

It doesn't occur always but I will be able to duplicate once in 5 times maybe.

Is there anybody experienced this issue?
