addNode.sh failing with SEVERE:Unable to get node number for the following nodes and The node number

We are trying to add a node rac02 to an existing cluster. Recently, in the same scenario, a node rac01 has already been added and everything went successfully without errors. The servers rac01 and rac02 are identical.

Now, when we try to add a node with executing addNode.sh appears the following errors:

more /u01/app/oraInventory/logs/addNodeActionsXXXXX.log
