When does a user session timeout on an enterprise server?

If we communicate with E1 through the XML dispatch kernel, how long is the session ID returned valid for?  Is there a time period we can configure in the INI?

    session="1234.9876543212.1"

Seems like the default is 360 minutes, but was curious if that was changeable.
