Output is blank when I run XML custom report with rtf or pdf output in EBS

When I open a XML report in Oracle EBS 12.1.3 it is blank. I just created it and registered data source and template and attached .rtf as a template but see a blank page when open it in rtf or pdf after run a report in EBS ...Any suggestions?
