Pay Types - limits for Emergency Paid Sick Leave

This is related to HR6201 legislation for COVID-19.  I'm setting up pay types in P059116 for paying emergency sick leave.  The Pay Source = 'H' (hours).  Is there a way to set a daily $ limit, or maximum dollar amount for this kind of pay type?
