Harmonized Shipping Code 10 digit code on item master - how to handle multiple exports to multiple c

My requirement is to print the 10 digit Harmonized Shipping Code on a Customs Invoice.  The last 4 digits of the code can vary by country.

In 9.2, the Shipping Information tab in the item master has a Harmonized Shipping Code, but I don't see any way to accommodate multiple codes.   Since the item may be shipped to multiple countries, being able to store multiple codes is important.  In my research so far, I understand that an Oracle enhancement request to allow multiple codes has been archived in 2019.   I saw Oracle's recommendation that a stand alone product be used to manage the codes, but that doesn't get them on the shipping document generated out of the ERP.   What I would like to know if any
