I am trying to create receipt, but getting error as 'Customer transaction identifier has taken prece

Hi Gurus,

While creating receipt, i am getting below error,

Customer transaction identifier has taken precedents over the transaction number. The installment number is null . Invalid customer transaction identifier . APPLY:ORA-01403: no data found

Any idea how to resolve this?
