What is Comms FIT ?

Hello,

I'm installing Oracle Messaging Server 8.0.2.2 and one of the components is Comms FIT 8.0.2.2.20180531. Although I searched some informations about it, I am unable to find what is this component, nor what's good for. Does anyone have some informations about ?
