Back dated Retirement of Asset does not calculate the Dep for balance days

Hi

I am in the Mar-2020 Period and have fully Retired the asset with Retired date as 13-Mar-20

But it is observed that system is not calculating the Depreciation for the period of  01-Mar-20 to 13-Mar-20 although the NBV was still positive as on 29 Feb-20.

Gain Loss amount-2364547

can any one please clarify why the system has not calculated the Depreciation for the Mar-20 Period
