Oracle Payables Accounting Program invoked via 'Create Accounting' on the Concurrent Manager

Exception thrown up: An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00200_AAD_C_011116_PKG.Description_4.  ORA-01403: no data found

The View Log has the following:

**Starts**01-APR-2020 08:23:07

**Ends**01-APR-2020 08:23:07

An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00200_AAD_C_011116_PKG.Description_4.  ORA-01403: no data found.
