Attachment in CHROME not working

All,

Attachment section is enabled by configuration for iSupplier Portal and it is working fine in IE browser but in CHROME it is not working..... when we click on Add Attachment button the Attachment Dialog box just flickers doesn't open at all..... tried with other computers (team mates) and it is same behaviour...... pop ups are enabled for CHROME browser.

Any inputs / suggestions would be appreciated.

Note: This is a Oracle Standard functionality.
