Inventory Issue revisions - transaction reserved

Hi All,

I'm not sure if this is the correct subspace, but I ran into an error and couldn't find any mention of it when searching the oracle support site or the oracle support community.

One of our users reported an issue with a work order being reserved and he was unable to make any changes.  He reported that his computer crashed while he was using the work order, after rebooting his computer and going back into the work order he received the error below.  This was in the P31113, but after expanding the error message it stated that application P3111395 had locked this transaction.
