Calc Manager Template does not open

Hello,

We are using Calc Manager 11.1.2.4.013.005. I recently noticed that when I try to open our templates, this loading message keeps spinning, and it never displays. This occurs for all our templates and all our environments. I know it used to work. Do you know what is wrong?
