How to run EBS R11 on a macOS Sierra

When selecting a Procurement responsibility in EBS R11 on a macOS Sierra 64 bits, it does not open the Form, I have installed JRE but is not opening the form to create a requisition, Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks
