Policy of Replacement Hardware Parts for SPARC T4-1

May I clarify the policy of Replacement Hardware Parts for SPARC T4-1?

According to the reference "Oracle Hardware and Systems Support Policies" as below, the below description is mentioned in the page 9.
Reference : http://www.oracle.com/us/support/library/hardware-systems-support-policies-069182.pdf

"After five years from last ship date, replacement parts may not be available and/or the response times for sending replacement parts may be delayed."


In case of SPARC T4-1, Last ship date of SPARC T4-1 is Mach 2016 as below.
So we need to assume that parts is ready till the end of February in 2021? or we can assume that parts are ready till the end of March 2021?
