WSM Policy Set resource pattern question

We are defining WSM Policy Sets in EM console for Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.3.  We can successfully apply policies to resources such as a "SOA Partition Name" and "SOA Composite Name".  We can even use wildcards in the pattern.

Well, our code is organized in a manner that names are very similar.  We have 185 SOA Composites and need to have a WSM Policy Set that applies a policy to 184 of those 185 composites.

Is there a syntax to specifying multiple policies in a single policy set?  Here's an example.

Let's say we had 185 composites with names like MyComposite###, where ### were numbers 000 - 185.  And let's say I DO NOT want to attach the policy to MyComposite055.
