A WELL WORKING SQL CHANGES ITS AVG EXEC TIME

Morning,

I have an SQL that was performing very well, then today while executing it performed very poorly!

Normally the SQL avg gets is between 750 - 850 12 mins - 16 mins but today it went all the way to 2686 which is over 44 mins. I had forced it to use the PHV with the best execution plan.

WHat might have caused it to change the execution plan and how do i resolve this?
