SQL ERROR:ORA-31011: XML parsing failed

Hi All,

I am getting error 'SQL ERROR:ORA-31011: XML parsing failed' in Oracle Alert Log. Alert is ended up in warning and we can see it is due to special character in one of the field.For Ex: Alert query is having value 'Varga R  t' in one of the field. Hence this error is comin and alert is not able to display output.

Can anybody suggest to handle this?
