Upgrade to 19c from 11.2.0.1

I will start testing upgrade our database 11.2.0.1 to 19c for planning the actual migration. We use standard edition and have 3 instances of databases in a single server.

Because we have very small database and we don't have concern of downtime as we can do it in weekend.  Also I will use a new server when upgrade. I consider export and import  data should the easier way for us.Can I directly import data dump from 11.2.0.1 to 19c database? Any scheme I should should excluded when I input the full dump.

Any component I should exclude when I install oracle 19c. Any other issue I should consider?
