Channel Revenue Management Offer | Not able to create adjustment for offer having end date < sysdate

Hi Team,

We have 2 issues right now:

1.) Not able to create adjustment for CHRM offer where end date <= Sysdate.

2.) Adjustment is still active for few offers even after running Funds accrual engine program many times.
