While trying to Term a worker using the HSDL, the following error message is thrown:The assignment a

Hello Everyone,

I designed a Spreadsheet Data Loader to term the work relationship of workers in HCM with the following fields

Person Number

Worker Type

Legal Employer

Start Date

Actual Termination Date

Action Code

Additional Options

Last Working Date

Reason Code

But when I run this it is throwing me the error: The assignment and work terms should be inactive from the next day after the termination.
