"lack" of scan round robin after migration form 18c to 19c

After migration of my "performance" RAC 3 nodes from 18c to 19c,

my running job which tests every morning the connections and some other topics shows me a lack in the round robin feature during the scan ping.

this "error" appeared only after migration to 19c.

That is I am wondering if something went wrong during this migration.

The services and instances (registered with scan) are running fine...

Relocation is OK but there is no round robin when I ping the scan.

It keeps in giving the same IP, one of the third defined.

Here after are the results of the classical commands...
