Is there an API to handle "Completion comments"?

Is there an API to allow us to provide "Completion Comments" at time of performing completion transaction through API?  I am able to complete, but I can't find how I provide "Completion Comments"

It appears when you provide them through the forms it stores the values in the EAM_JOB_COMPLETION_TXNS table, but how I import using API?

I will upload a few screen shots that explain what exact field I am referring to if someone has a question.  The only reference I can find in the discussion board acts as if the comments are flexfield, I assume in an older version, making it sound like a custom element, not standard like it now is in 12.2.6
