Installing 19c with the latest RU

Hi all,

We are planning to upgrade from 12.1.0.2 database to 19c with the latest Jan 2020 RU on Linux 64 bit RHEL 7.6  on  two node rac

I have unziped  the software on node1  and applied the latest opatch .

I want to run the runInstaller from 19c home  and install the latest RU simultaneously like the below . Is it the right way to do it . Will there be any issues (unknown)

or should we install the software first and then apply the patch with opatch   . Please advise

./runInstaller -applyRU /oracle/app/software/Database_19.3/30557433
