Integration Fix - IB Error Transaction

Hi Experts

We have R12.1.3 and latest code for this program Integration Fix - IB Error Transaction. We are running it against a serial controlled and shippable  items to resolve IB errors. Most of the sales order pick and sub transfer error are resolved by this program.  Is there any disadvantage or incorrect data processed by this program?  I mean to say it is incorrectly updating IB status like that?

Could any one faced after submitting this program Integration Fix - IB Error Transaction for an item? In such case how could you find out that? any sql? If not having issue then how frequently we can run it for an item?
