How to identify vendors that are inactive for 19 months

I took vendors with an active status search type from F0101 and verifying these active vendors as filters in F4301 to view if they were inactive for last 19 months

Do I have to I verify if no partial receiving pending in F43121 or logged vouchers and partially or pending voucher match transaction in F0411. Do I need to verify the 2  other tables F0411, F43121. Please can you advise and assist.
