BI Publisher template not picked up from request set for certain users

Hi,

We have a few users that when they run a concurrent request set that contains a BI Publisher report, the report template is not populated in the layout.

It works for most users, but not a select few. It does get picked up when run from the standalone program though, but not from the request set.

Any ideas?
