How to restore DBF files to new XE without backup in DMP -- URGENT

Is it possible for me to load my oracle dbf files into the XE database.
The user has no backup and he uninstalled the XE database from machine.
We were able to restore the deleted files, but could not return them to the new XE database on new machine.
Is there a solution? What should be done?
