Hello Folks, We are upgrading TR from 9.1.5.9 to 9.2.4.1 on windows platform with SQL database on 2016 platform machine. While deploying ASI TL92400102 through change assistance its crashed in between. I have tried to change JAVA version as well but no luck change assistance version - 4.0.1.1 and JRE version - 1.8 162 32 bit (Before this checked with JRE 131, 241 as well) Below the log from change assistance Register Deployment Toolkit OK [2020/04/04 12:58:27.819]  check JRE registry to see if it's an corrupted webstart key [2020/04/04 12:58:27.819]  failed to recover webstart key when attempt to open jre
