How to change 11.1.0.7 RAC ip's

Hello

We have to migrate two 11.1.0.7 rac databases from one ldom zone to another with the same database version 11g

While testing the new environment the new rac would have temporary ips

The final day of the migration we will have to change the ips to the actual production ips

What would be the best approach to reduce the migration window and minimize the risk of failure?
