While Upgrading To 12.2, Errored "could not find program unit being called: "APPS.WMS_RULE_GEN_PKGS"

During R12.2 upgrade driver failed with below errors:. Found Metalink Note ID: 2287392.1 for the exact issue. But patches mentioned in this Note are not avaialable. Please suggest me on this . sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u01/app/EBS/R122/PRJ/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql '/u01/app/EBS/R122/PRJ/fs1/EBSapps/appl/wms/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/wmsgrlspecn.sql &un_apps' Connected. PL/SQL procedure successfully completed. declare * ERROR at line 1: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.WMS_RULE_GEN_PKGS" has errors ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.WMS_RULE_GEN_PKGS" ORA-06512: at line 124
