Yes Button Disabled during Get Operation

Hi Team,

I am seeing issue in my instance with 9.2.3.1 tools release on 9.2 application with Oracle Database. I am not seeing the Yes button enabled here hence not able to perform the Get operation. Is it related to some security ?
