Report Definition end in error FS occasionally

Hi! The customer is on E920 Tools 9.2.3.1. We have setup a Report Definition for them to run daily. However, this RD report sometimes ends in error - FS System Error without a known pattern. We have another RD report that uses same template but only in different language in .RTF and is fed from the same Source UBE (different version) but never ends in error. Any clue how to troubleshoot?
